Both Models and Clients are responsible for the content ("User Content") they post. We cannot control the actions of other Users with whom you may choose to share your pages and information. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that User Content you post on the Site will not be viewed by unauthorized persons. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Site. You understand and acknowledge that, even after removal, copies of User Content may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or if other Users have copied or stored your User Content.

The content you post to Meriad may be displayed on the Service. If you are the Model, Clients and other Models will be able to see some information about you, such as your name, photo, measurements and other relevant information. If you are a Client, the Model will be able to see the information associated with your Job. We are not responsible for privacy practices of the other Users who will view and use the posted information. Accordingly, we recommend that you carefully consider what you post to the Service before doing so to guard your anonymity and sensitive information.
As required by law and similar disclosures. We may access, preserve, and disclose your Personal Information, other account information, and content if we believe doing so is required or appropriate to: comply with law enforcement requests and legal process, such as a court order or subpoena; respond to your requests; or protect yours’, ours’ or others’ rights, property, or safety.
